THESSALONIKI-METEORA-KALAMBAKA-PREVEZE-PARGA-LEFKADA-SKORPIOS ISLAND-ITHAKA-KEFALONIA-YANYA-SEREZ-KAVALA-DRAMA
Dear guests, a pleasant holiday awaits you in the Ionian Islands, one of the valuable tourist centers of Greece with its deep blue sea, magnificent beaches, taverns, cafes and history. We will be observing the Italian influence as a lifestyle in the Ionian Islands, which were dominated by Rome, Byzantium and Venice and were culturally enriched with the traces of these civilizations. We add Thessaloniki, along with the house where the great leader Atatürk was born, to our itinerary and offer you a very special itinerary.
TOUR PROGRAM
DAY 1: JOURNEY TO MARMARIS - IPSAL
We meet with you, our esteemed guests, on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 12:30 at Eşref Girginç Park (opposite LC Waikiki) and set off to exit the İpsala Border Gate. Following the İzmir-Balıkesir-Çanakkale road route, we arrive at the İpsala Border Gate in the first hours of Sunday after the need breaks to carry out our customs procedures.
DAY 2: GUMULCINE - THESSALONIKI
We carry out our Customs Transactions at the Ipsala Border Gate. After customs clearance, we enter Greece through the Kipi Customs Gate. After the passport control here, we are on our way to Komotini. We take a breakfast break in Çepelli Village in Komotini. After our break, we head towards Thessaloniki via Kavala. The first place we will visit in Thessaloniki will be the Church of St. Dimitrios, which is accepted as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
After this trip, we visit the house where the Great Leader ATATÜRK was born, which will make us all emotional. After that, we go to Aristotle Square for a lunch break. After our lunch break, we visit Kamara, Rotonda (Hortacı Süleyman Efendi) Mosque, Bey Bath, Hamza Bey Mosque, Bedesten, Venizelos Statue and the square, and listen to their history with pleasure and interest from our guide one by one. Afterwards, we give free time to meet at the appointed time in Thessaloniki's famous Aristotle Square. After free time, we go to the White Tower on foot from the beach. The White Tower, which was built during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent, used as a Castle, Garrison and Prison by the Ottomans and has become the symbol of Thessaloniki today, was captured by the Greeks during the 1912 Balkan Wars and was painted white as a symbolic baptismal practice. However, over time, the tower returned to its former color. After the wonderful photo frames we will capture here, we go to our hotel in Thessaloniki where we will stay. After checking into our hotel and resting until the appointed time, we meet again in the lobby and go to the tavern for evening entertainment. After the entertainment, we go back to our hotel. (Thessaloniki ACCOMMODATION) PHILIPION hotel
